This was built on a pre-search communications career with a FORTUNE 50 corporation, leading public relations firms serving major domestic and international clients, and one of the world’s premier management consulting firms, where he received training as a management consultant. He leveraged this background to enter the search arena New York City in the mid-1980s and formed WCA in Greenwich CT in 1997.
